Rug Cleaning

After an initial inspection the first stage of rug cleaning is always to remove as much dry soil as possible.  When this has been done the rug will be checked for any colour bleed issues and an appropriate cleaning method will be selected.  After the cleaning process is completed the rug will be dried either naturally or force dried with air movers.  When the rug has dried it will be checked thoroughly to make sure it is as clean as possible before returning to you for immediate use.

Fringes

Some rugs have fringes, with most of them being cotton, but some can be wool or silk.  We will always clean the fringes as opposed to bleaching them, as this can degrade the fibres.
